You are responsible for keeping your account and service credentials confidential and ensuring that submitted details are accurate.

Demos

Demo access is supplied to registered customers for evaluating a particular system. Demo environments may contain sample information and may change without notice.

Orders and Payment Verification

An order invoice is created at submission. Software access is provided after our team confirms payment and activates the order. Actual payment arrangements and any refund policies must be agreed with the operator.

Renewals and Access

Subscription access can expire at the stated renewal date. Active access and renewal details are available inside your dashboard.

Support

Customers can submit requests through the support ticket system or contact the team using published contact details.
